A Fresh Word

Greetings in the Pricless Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus The Christ. In this time of our lives so many things are happening that we are unable to explain. But I have come to the conclusion that people of God are not relying on the source that has been given to us. His Holy Word has everything that we need to live by. It tells us how to walk, how to talk, where we should go, who we should hang around, who to marry, who to date, etc and etc. The list could go on and on. Jesus says to the church of Sardis, " Be watchful and strengthen the things that remain, that are ready to die for I have not found thy works perfect before God. Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent." Then He told them some other things and He ended His Word to them by saying, "He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches." We need to Pay Attention to what Jesus is telling us so that as believers we will know how to live our lives. So many believers are not paying attention to The Word. They go to church unfulfilled and they leave unfulfilled. This ought not be so. We need to Pay Attention to what the Spirit is saying. For Jesus wants us to go one direction and we want to take our own direction. But if we are to have a right relationship with the Father, we must listen to His Son and abide by His Holy Spirit. He says to us, Study to show thyself approved, a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.
